Our Story
STOIC RESILIENCE was founded on a simple observation: most organizations believe they’re prepared for a crisis because they have plans. But having a plan and being able to execute that plan are two fundamentally different things.
This insight didn’t come from a textbook. It came from 25 years of responding to real emergencies—fires, mass-casualty incidents, hazmat events, and natural disasters—and watching organizations discover the gap between their documented preparedness and their actual capability.
We call this the Command Gap. And closing it is our mission.

Kelvin Brim brings a unique combination of operational command experience and strategic business continuity expertise to STOIC RESILIENCE.
