Kelvin Brim, widely known as “Chief,” is a retired Division Chief of the Charlotte Fire Department with 26 years of frontline experience in emergency response, crisis management, and leadership. Rising through the ranks from firefighter to Division Chief, he has led teams in high-stakes environments, ensuring the safety of both his personnel and the communities he served.
With a Master of Science in Fire Service Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Engineering Technology from UNC Charlotte, Kelvin has dedicated his career to advancing safety, preparedness, and leadership in crisis situations.
